You will need to start by scanning for trouble codes. A professional scanner is needed for an acurate diagnosis. Also, before you get to far into this make sure you are not under warranty still. I'm also having the exact problem as I type this. They can't figure out why. They're changing the battery now. Does anyone know what has been found about this issue?

It was my battery that needed to be replaced. Good luck
