Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! No click, no crank, lights working fine, stuck in neutral and a locked brake all happening at once sounds less like a simple no start and more like your Chrysler decided to have a full on existential crisis. The good news is this combination of symptoms points strongly toward an electrical or software issue rather than a mechanical one. A faulty brake switch could explain both the locked brake and the no start since the car needs to see the brake pedal depressed to allow starting. A failed shift interlock solenoid could be behind the neutral issue as well. These systems are all connected on this generation and a scan for fault codes would likely unravel the whole mystery pretty quickly. Visit RepairPal.com to find a trusted shop that can sort this out!
