Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! A blown head gasket and a faulty ECM in your 2015 Chrysler 200 are serious but usually unrelated. Here’s what you need to know: Blown Head Gaskets cause overheating, loss of power, and coolant issues, but they typically don’t damage the ECM. Faulty ECM: Controls engine functions and can cause misfires and sensor issues. Steps to Take: -Professional Diagnostic: Get a thorough inspection to identify root causes. -Warranty Check: Ensure the dealership honors the warranty. -Repair: Replace or reprogram the ECM and fix the head gasket. -Document all interactions and get a detailed report from the mechanic.
