When I hit bumps, the sound comes back briefly, then goes away. Also, at irregular times, the sound just comes on without hitting bumps

Hello, sounds like a circuit issue in the audio unit. Certainly all connections should be checked, but since all speakers appear to be inoperative, it sounds like an internal audio unit issue. Seek the guidance of a local car audio repair facility near you.
