Car stalls while driving.

Hello, i'm sorry you are experiencing stalling while driving! The first thing I would do is reach out to your local Chrysler dealership. Depending on when the car was in service new and how many miles you have, certain things could still be under a Chrysler factory warranty. This way, you could have diagnosis and repairs handled for you and paid by Chrysler! If your vehicle is beyond all basic and emissions warranties, then I recommend consulting a repair facility on the link at the end of my response to get some local help near you. Stalling can be due to a loss of spark, air, fuel or even can happen from the engine getting too much air or having an intermittently restricted exhaust system. Since it's that wide open, I would consult some local help. Good luck! http://repairpal.com/chrysler-within-10-miles-of-philadelphia-pennsylvania-19107
Ifnit is the 4 cyl, it may be a crabkshaft sensor. Mine was doing it. Autozone told me they last 100k miles. I had 122k. Cost $14@Autozone. Searched a youtube video on how to change it. Took me 15 min. Hope this helps!
I appreciate that, yet it's still a guess. Certainly an inexpensive guess based on your suggestion of what the parts pricing is. But I find that most of the time, a proper diagnostic test will yield results that lead you to the answer. Glad it worked for you in this case, though.
I agree. I had them run a diagnostic and that was the code that came up. It has been running fine since. And.. Excuse my spelling.. It was a crankshaft sensor. https://youtu.be/Q-QoZYj-SG8
