Based on the information provided with how the front passenger window will not operate and you have already replaced the master switch assembly itself and it appears that the motor is not receiving power, this type of concern can sometimes be caused by a broken or chafed wire leading from the switch to the motor or from the master switch to the passenger control switch. On some models with higher end electronics you may have what is called a Door control module which is a computer that the switches feed signals into and in turn the computer sends those signals out to the window motors and this control module can sometimes fail internally to where it can create this concern and would need to be replaced. The best thing to do from here is to have the electrical window signals tested as well as monitored using electrical test equipment and a high end fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicle data port to help determine which component needs repaired or replaced.
