My Chrysler over heats within 15 min I turn it on the water in the resevor bubbling and everytime I check the raidiator it's empty like dry empty but there will be water in the resevor still
What makes this problem better or worse?
When I drive fast it will cool down sometimes and when that don't work I turn the heater on high
How long has your 2013 Chrysler 200 had this problem?

Honestly if you are seeing bubbles in the coolant reservoir, it's a sign of exhaust back pressure coming from the engine through the cooling system. This usually indicates a breach of the cylinder head as it mounts to the engine - like a cracked head or cylinder head gasket failure. Have the engine checked for leaks internally.
