Clicking sound in Car when starts A/C or heater

Sounds like a blend door actuator is starting to fail, will end up failing and the air will not blow out at the top, middle, or lower part of dashboard, will need to further diagnose to determine which blend door actuator; 2-4 depending on system.

I'm still having this issue. When I put everything on auto it doesn't happen as much. I just learned to live with it and haven't had it checked yet. It doesn't seem to affect the cars performance at all.
