What is your question?
On Easter my car broke down ended up needing to replace the alternator. Four days later my horn randomly started going off, nobody in the car, car shut off doors locked. The next day drove it all day later in the evening when I got home parked car horn went off went to shut off radio horn went off, got out of the car and locked it in about half hour later Horn was going off again with nobody in it. The next morning was when the horn randomly starts honking while driving. The research I've done says that the tipm could be bad and need replaced is there any other possibilities that could be causing the horn to go off? Could the alternator going bad have messed up the TIPM or made it need to be reset?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Soft reset helps until I shut car off again.
How long has your 2011 Chrysler 200 had this problem?

No, it's not a "TIPM" concern. It is also not an alternator concern. Your vehicle is sensing a door is being opened -- even when it's not being opened. You'll need to monitor door switches to see what door is malfunctioning to repair it. When it sees a door open - even when not open - the horn will sound, activating the anti-theft system. Alternatively, if there are any aftermarket non-factory components for the alarm of the vehicle, have them removed.
