The only control that is still working on the climate control board is the fan speed. I can no longer change which vents the air blows through nor change from hot to cold. The AC and rear defrost buttons no longer lights up or work either. I ordered a new climate control board from ebay but that did not fix it. All fuses are OK.

"Climate control board" - what is that? The entire controller assembly? If replacing the controller assembly did not yield results -- at the very least in relation to the buttons lighting up -- then there has to be a wiring issue associated with the controls. Circuit testing is needed. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
