Hello, When you place the van in drive or reverse, have someone verify that the transmission shift shaft is moving with the gear selector. If it is moving with the gear selector, you could have a broken shift shaft inside the transmission, bad transmission, or bad torque converter. Also, ensure the driveshaft is connected at the transmission.
