Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Have you been able to measure the fuel pressure at the fuel rail with a manual gauge? This is one important thing to try to test. Your pressure should be adequate and steady when cranking the engine and when the key is on with the engine off. Checking this will give you the answer you need as far as fuel delivery goes. Beyond this, hands on testing is needed to continue testing to find out why the vehicle will not start and run properly. The air coming into the engine needs to be correct for the amount of fuel also, and often can be too much or too little. This is important to check out.
