Just changed Camshaft Sensor, and new plugs.Van is running with not as much power and puttering. Smoke out of the exhaust is not continuous.There is also a oil leak somewhere around the starter. Left rear power window tends to stay open.

The window issue will not be related to drivability issue. Why did you change the cam sensor? Did you have a cam sensor failure code? Erase the trouble codes stored in your car's computer, drive the car and read hard codes and pending codes stored in your car's computer using a scan tool attached to the 16 pin OBD2 connector under the dash. Information read directly off the scan tool should point to where the problem is. Inexpensive scan tools generally do not have the wide ranging sensor value readings as professional grade tools but looking at key sensor values, mis-fire count and fuel trim figures save a lot of diagnostic time.
