How do I change the leaking intake manifold gasket myself

I've had this problem before maybe 1 month or 2 months ago and I changed the thermo state didn't fix it I changed the water pump and it fixed the problem. Apparently it was a temporary fix cause its doing it ball over again and now I do really believe its the oil mixing in the coolant by the look the smell and this just happened and all the other parts it could be were just changed. So now I need to know what tools and parts I need to change this problem for good and possible picture instructions. Therefore I don't ruin the van more. Thank you please help this van iss my everything 6 kids and my job I need this van and can't afford a new one.
