If the air conditioning refrigerant has to be evacuated and recharged this is not anything you can tackle at home. Alldata does not give replacement instructions for replacing the clutch and looking at the illustration the compressor would have to be dropped from the engine to replace it. I was working on a Lexus recently the clutch was only available from the dealer ans was way more expensive than a good quality compressor. Labor guide says 1.5 hours to replace the clutch assembly but note says does not include time to evac/recharge system.
