i have the same problem with my uplander after all my ready it come down to a sensor on side of trans

Low transmission fluid level, worn transmission mount are a few things.

Already had new mounts, fluid changed, filter changed and conditioner installed. It doesn't slip at all only shifts hard from time to time when engine is warm.
