What is your question?

I had the radio fixed a year ago would go off then come back on.Put new radio in and now dvd has no power. If you get the dvd to work the radio doesn't. If radio to work dvd doesn't. Dealership says warrent doesn't cover diagnostic to find problem, Is there a simple expanation.

Yes, call GM customer service, the warranty should also cover the Diagnostic, that is really bad customer service.

i have had my radio replaced in my van also for same issue seems like chevys problem. I was still under warrenty and was pushy about it being replaced.
