AC won't shut off

What is your question?

My ac will not shut off. I push the button and it stays on I tried pulling the fuse #8 on the list and put it back in and still the light and the ac stay on. I've tried leaving the fuse out for hours and putting back in and the dratted ac light and the ac is still on I can't get the heater to come on what am I doing wrong??? Help winter is here and it's dang cold driving that car.
