What is your question?
We have this awful squeak noise in the back driver's tire. It happens every time you drive and hit a little bump or get in and out of the car. We did take it to our shop and they cannot figure it out. It's really annoying. When the snow was melting and we drove through the water it helped a little.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing seems to help. The mechanic took everything apart and lubed it and put it back together. It stopped for like a month.
How long has your 2021 Chevrolet Traverse had this problem?
3 months

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. This sounds like it could be due to brake system components making a resonating noise. Have the braking system pulled apart and all components inspected closely, make sure shims and rattle clips are placed in the proper places and are in good condition, make sure the pads are original equipment in quality and fitment, and make sure the brake rotors are machined properly.
