Is my 2017 Chevy traverse suppose to shuts off after I puts gas in it

Hello, not sure there is a "recall" on this - contact your local Chevrolet dealership and share with them your VIN (vehicle identification number) to check for any open recalls and extended coverages your vehicle may have. You may still have some kind of emissions warranty, so see your local dealership for that coverage possibility too. Not sure what's going on; could be evaporative emissions system related and requires hands on testing with proper diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot what is going on. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
