Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like your Traverse has decided to take an extended vacation. Since you've replaced the starter and alternator, let's check a few other potential culprits. First, ensure the battery is fully charged and the connections are clean and tight. Sometimes it's the simple things! Next, look at the fuses and relays, especially those related to the ignition and starting systems. A bad relay or blown fuse could be the silent saboteur here. Also, inspect the neutral safety switch; if it's not aligned properly, your car might think it's not in park or neutral and refuse to start. Lastly, if you've got a spare key, try that in case your key's transponder isn't communicating properly with the immobilizer system.
