What is your question?
I have a 2015 Chevy traverse the ac light just recently started blinking 3 times and then would shut off. The air blows but not cold air and the ac cooling of the seats don't work either.

Hello, first of all the air conditioning part of the seats has nothing to do with the system that blows cold air out of the dash. Treat that diagnostic situation as a standalone concern separate from hot air blowing. Secondly, sounds like an electrical concern with the air conditioning system, perhaps with the operation under the hood with the cycle switch or the air conditioning coil or clutch on the compressor. I cannot be sure, but it sure seems like the system does not respond when turned on, and the blinking indicates an error is occurring. It's on testing of these electrical components as needed. Additionally, the refrigerant system should be checked and make sure there's no leaks or restrictions in the system. The charge should be checked to make sure it is full. Lastly, the inside of the vehicle has a function to change from hot to cold air. If this system malfunctions, you could get stuck on "hot". So, you'll want to verify that also.
