What is your question?
Never had coolant spray or puddles before the repair. Just the one overheated while driving incident. I Never saw spray, smoke or leaking during this incident either. Repair shop said code read as engine coolant over temperature. Suggested heater hoses replaced then completed and said he drove it to test temp and all was good. I paid just over $1000, drove 5 miles home, no issues Went outside later to see a coolant puddle underneath- definitely coolant. Front passenger tire area. Unsure if coolant had puddled under engine somewhere or if it is now another part?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Drove it home, after heater hoses replaced. Checked AC and heat both were fine while driving and normal temp.

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like your 2015 Chevy Traverse has a coolant leak that popped up after the heater hose replacement. Since the puddle showed up under the front passenger tire area, it might be coming from a loose clamp or connection point where the heater hoses were replaced. It could also be a separate issue like a radiator, water pump, or hose leak that wasn’t immediately obvious during the shop's initial test. With coolant leaks, especially after a repair, it’s worth having the shop recheck their work to ensure everything’s sealed tight.
