Front heater will not work rear heat works

Hello, if the rear heater works, and the front one does not, it does mean the good news is that the engine seems to be running at the proper hot temperature, and hot coolant is being produced. The down side is that the climate control system in the front of the cabin must not be working properly. There are doors and motors in the plenum behind the dash that control air flow and hot / cold air mixture.
