What is your question?
I bought my car a year ago July. 2 weeks after buying it the ac turned hot. I called the dealer put it in the shop and they drained the feon put brand new and worked fine for 1 week then hot air. Back in the shop. Once again they drain the feon refilled with new and worked fine for a week. They told me they have put dye thru the system both times and can not see a leak ANYWHERE but told me both times my feon was extremely low. I don't know what to do from here. Is there a way I could check out myself? The compressor maybe?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Turning it on and running
How long has your 2011 Chevrolet Traverse had this problem?
Since I've owned it July 2019

You might have a evaporator leaking which is inside of dash (you cannot see it)you might want to find a another shop as the one you are dealing with should have been able to locate leak with a leak detector (sniffer)
