What is your question?
I’m trying to bypass the leaking front A/C on my 2011 Traverse and get only the rear A/C working. I blocked the lines before the front TXV so refrigerant can’t go through the front. The system is charged, but the compressor keeps turning on for about 3 seconds, then off, and repeating. I’m trying to figure out if the computer, pressure sensor, or my modified refrigerant routing is causing it.

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. This system is not made to have it be partially "bypassed". There are far too many variables involved and there is no professional advice that can be given to "modify" a system that is designed to work a certain way. The only thing to do is repair the leak and maintain the proper integrity of the full system.
