It happens when I was approaching RR tracks and 2 other random times.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, this sounds like a normal activation of the traction control system. When the wheels detect some slippage, such as on uneven roads or on railroad track crossings, it may seem like the vehicle is not in control. But it is only temporary, and correct itself because it's really just uneven road surface causing the problem. Consider that over extreme bumpy road situations that your wheels may not be in sync turning at the same rate of speed -- and then it corrects after the bumpy parts. I would consider the situation quite normal and evidence that the vehicle dynamics and traction control system is working properly.
