10amp fuse keeps blowing its not a relay fuse when i start my 2008 trailblazer it blows the fuse or when the ac is not on or if i turn the ac on

What makes this problem better or worse?

A blown fuse that continues to happen when replacing the fuse indicates something in the related circuit is shorting. Diagnostic testing - checking the circuit - is needed to find out what is going on causing the short which blows the fuse. There is no guessing that can be done to figure it out until hands on testing occurs.
