leaked oil got gasket repair same problem 2 days later 2 engine lights on

driving to work,engine light with an arrow pointing down comes on,took it to be repaired, i was told it needed new gasket,that it was leaking oil,got it repaired. 2 days later, same thing, engine light on right side comes on /w arrow pointing down while i'm driving, car will only go about 15 miles when this happens, do i need a new engine?also when this happens, engine shakes rough,just made it home

Hi, It would be really helpful if you knew what the diagnostic codes were so we know what we are trying to fix. The shop who did the work should have recorded the diagnostic code they were trying to make repairs for. With out these we are just guessing. M
