Just wondering if the smell had something to do with transmission stop pulling .no gears had to push it back to the house with another car .
What makes this problem better or worse?
Begins after engine is warm usually highway

Smells can be the result of fluids contacting hot surfaces and creating fumes. It's hard to know without a goof physical inspection, but it's possible you have had some kind of fluid leak.
