Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Well, this is a head-scratcher! Your Blazer’s got some quirky wiring, that's for sure. Sounds like someone's done a bit of a DIY fix under the hood. That blue wire jammed into the ignition fuse is a big clue. It’s likely creating a weird electrical loop that's tied into your back hatch somehow. When the hatch is unlocked, it might be causing an open circuit or triggering some security feature that's preventing the car from starting. This could be a safety measure or an electrical quirk. To sort this out, you’ll probably need a deep dive into the wiring. If three mechanics couldn't figure it out, it might be worth finding an automotive electrician. They can trace the wiring, find out what that blue wire's all about, and get things back to normal. In the meantime, keep the hatch locked to avoid any more starting woes. Good luck, and I hope you get to the bottom of this mystery! If you need more advice, have other questions, or need to find a certified repair shop in your area, just let me know!
