If you jump your battery could the fuse in front of it cause it not to start?

What is your question?

No crank or start and half of the fuse box has no power to it. I know my girls jumped my vehicle and it didn't start after. that. Just want to see if that's the problem for it not starting?

What makes this problem better or worse?
