What causes hard to accelerate with noise like a plane taking off ?

What is your question?

just started having difficulty reaching speed and while doing so it sounds like I'm a plane at take off.Also gas mileage is affected and performs badly.Also when this happens my AC air is affected but just for a few seconds.Both Service Engine Soon and now Service 4 WD light are on.I haven't even used my 4 WD.What can cause this and what should I have looked at to fix?
