it indecate that check engine soon on the panle. after computer check up, I realize that it is the exahust oxygin sensor. how could I know/decide either its the befor cat.conv. or the one after cat. conv.? and what it will cause/affect?

B1S1 = Bank 1 (where #1 cylinder is) Sensor 1 BEFORE the cat. converter B2S1 = Bank 2 ( opposite of B1) Sensor 1 B1S2 = Bank 1, Sensor 2 AFTER cat.converter B2S2 = Bank 2, Sensor 2 Bad O2 sensors won't measure the air-fuel mixture correctly, therefor takes a wrong signal to the ECM (computer), which makes wrong adjustment. Also false catalytic converter efficiency trouble code could be set. Zee
