Does not start

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Sounds like the battery Is dead - it needs to be tested first for state of charge and the ability to sustain a load. Then once you have a known good battery installed - does the vehicle start? Does the charging system work? Is there something drawing battery power down?
