What is your question?
I checked the freon pressure, it was 30 lb, and the compressor will not turn on so I don't know what it is when the compressor is on. I have checked the fuses I found a 25 amp fuse that was blown, I replace that with a new fuse, but all the rest of them seem to be okay. The light comes on when I push the AC button on the dash. It blows air but it's not cool. I removed the Low Pressure connection and jumpered across it while the engine is running and the compressor did not start, and there was no power at that connection.
What makes this problem better or worse?
AC not working
How long has your 2003 Chevrolet Tracker had this problem?
I just got the vehicle three days ago

Hello, You likely have a leak in the system. The low and high side should be about equal with the compressor off for a while, and I would not expect to see 30PSI, even on a cool day. Jumping the low pressure switch may or may not work, I don't have the schematic in front of me, but jumping the compressor relay is what will tell you if the compressor is seized. Jump the relay with the engine running, the clutch should engage, and the compressor should turn. Be advised, if the compressor is seized, the belt will scream, pop off, break, or the engine will die.
