Hi, there are probably 4-5 things there that are of concern, and I don't know where to start. I'll keep it brief. Grooves in rotors are not the best thing, but if they are mild you can let them go. They should really be resurfaced or replaced for proper brake operation. Bad steering - what does that mean? Coolant smell, have a pressure test performed on the cooling system to see if there is an external leak that requires servicing. Muffler? What's wrong? Engine bottom has oil baked on - There could be oil leaks causing the build up. The oil needs to be cleaned, dye added to the engine oil so that the source of the leak can be determined.
