Sticking brakes

Hey I have a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe that I have replaced both rubber brake hoses on the front both front calipers both pads and rotors, bled the air out of the system but the front calipers are still sticking to the rotor, what could still be causing this? They are sticking just enough to keep the brakes hot and make them squeal and squeek. When you left the wheel up you can spin it by hand but when you stop spinning it it immediately stops
