air bag service alert comes on - says to open/close passenger window

What is your question?

Remote entry quit working - after using emergency key- got air bag sevice alert. Dealer said battery needed recharged but a couple of days later while driving got same air bag service alert which said to open/close passenger window? I did which cleared it but so strange.

What makes this problem better or worse?
