What is your question?
Basic tune up for a 2011 Tahoe with 150,000 miles and has an LMG engine code. All original, single owner new, factory parts. Spark plugs are 41-110 per manual--Have not verified these are actually in block. Plug wires are AC Delco 5146. Ignition coils are 12611424. When trying to find replacement parts, plugs are called out as 41-162 (different height), wires as 748UU but neither of these align w/ the coil P/N. When trying to buy, they reference different coil pack part numbers for compatibility descriptions. Digging deeper, the coils pack and wires seem to be used on Corvette LS engine, which I can find 5146 wire sets for. I don't want to replace coil packs as no need too. Also don't want 41-162 plugs, want original 41-110 (taller). Should I buy the same wires as currently on truck (5146) even not called out for but match up with coils and plugs?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Matching P/N's for basic maintenance.
How long has your 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe had this problem?

Hi. Original GM part number for the wires if this is a 5.3L V8 is: 19206447 Those will belong to the vehicle. Where are you sourcing your parts from? GM dealership? That's the best resource, I'd say.
