My A/C blows a lot warmer on the driver's side. Checked freon, etc. but all OK.

If it is a dual zone system it could be a temperature sensor or a modulator valve under the dash. There are three modulator valves. One for air direction and one for each side for temperature control. The feedback for the actual temperature cone from a temperature sensor but the modulator actually controls the air flow to maintain the temperature. They are both pain to get to.
