Gas engine throttle body tends to gum up , clean inside. Use rag , do not spray inside.
I have had the same issues with the jumping at stops. bad, it would jump 3 times on my stoping cl. hotter it is, more times it does it. check this article. it costs $900 but it is well worth it. http://www.autoserviceprofessional.com/article/94828/gm-hybrid-bump-jerk
My 2009 tahoe hybrid has been doing the same thing. Sometimes when stopped it will try and stall out when going again, so I let off the gas give it a few seconds then slowluly use gas. Today it was off I went to start it and it made a very loud engine like noise and rpm went up to 3000-4000 so I shut it off right away! Months ago it did the stalling out and engine light on but was good for months. Yesterday and today it acted up again and engine light on then this evening it did the weird high rev climbing till I turned it off. Any ideas? Is it the cheap USA Costco gas I'm using again and not chevron or my transmition?
I am having the same problem with mine :(
I get this mainly at acceleration from standing. Diagnostics from OnStar is saying that the computer/hybrid motor are messed up? Also, gas mileage has declined
