2008 Chevy Tahoe 4.8 Overheating

What is your question?

I have change hoses,thermostat,cap,all relays,radiator temperature sensor,water pump...it looks like my truck inside reads 220 and some did a laser test and looks like it was 197 degrees I really don't have any clues... some mention computer....?.. doesn't get hot when a.c is turn on...only when heavy traffic... Please help

Possible when the coolant was put in all the air may not be out in other words was is burped? It will cause over heating, and possibly bad thermostat.

Thank you... so much ... this is the second thermostat first... I got the first one from Autozone the second one I got I went to the dealer ... and I havenâ€™t seen any bubbles or any were take out all the bubbles or air I donâ€™t think this truck comes with it.... but how to look to see if all the air is out ... having issues... I will research to see if I can take out air... thanks so much
