What is your question?
i recently had stopped working and it doesn’t blow not one bit of cold air i recently changed the orfice tube and low and high side pressure switches i connected a manifold gauge to check out pressure but high side was reading at 50 and low side was reading around 45psi but it would drop when my compressor clutch engaged it would drop the low side to about 15-20 psi then i jumped the compressor with a wire to see if it would build pressure and it did i would like to know what else i can try or what i can fix to get my ac to work

Hi, I'm Bogi, one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Great question, sounds like you have already done quite a bit. The pressure readings you're describing, with both sides equalizing around 45-50 psi at rest is normal. The fact that the low side drops and the high side builds pressure when the compressor engages, suggests that the system does have refrigerant and the compressor is in good condition. It sounds like you are saying that the compressor clutch isn't engaging on its own without you jumping it. If that is the case, then on your 2007 Tahoe you may be looking at an AC pressure cycling switch, a faulty relay, or even a signal issue from the climate control module. Given that you've already replaced the orifice tube and pressure switches, a good next step would be to see if you are getting power to the compressor when it is requested by the button inside the car and if not than check the compressor clutch relay and wiring, as well as the switch inside the car as well. At this point it may not be a bad idea to bring it to a quality shop certified to do AC repairs so they can verify it has the proper charge. They will also have access to the wiring diagram and can trace where the signal might be getting lost.
