When I am driving the rear left brake locks up and will not release when I take my foot off the brake pedal. I have replaced the caliper on the left side and blead them.

When you bled the brakes was there a heavy stream of fluid coming out the bleeder or did it just dribble out? Sounds like you might have a restricted brake hose that doesn't release pressure quickly enough. Or maybe an issue with the e-brake shoes binding.
