Took my Tahoe to Auto Zone to have it scanned for a problem with fan blower but scanner could not read from port under driverside dash, apparently scanner could not read anything ?

is it not working?
no heat?
variable speeds not working? or only some?
need more info to be able to help with the port, you may have to contact a deal and have it replaced to so it can pull the codes proplerly
