Thank you for reaching out to Car Genius. Are you saying the fan under the hood is still running when you turn off the vehicle? This could be a few different issues related to that fan circuit. A coolant temp sensor, fan relay are just a couple items to check and test but also if those are ok, a PCM fault could be the culprit as well.
