Truck not shifting to second gear

Hello, some testing will be required to determine if a shift command is being given but the shift itself is not being carried out. This could be the case if you have an internal hydraulic issue, or some kind of contamination in your valve body for example. If the shift is not being commanded, then it could be something else with vehicle speed and load to the processor not allowing for proper shift commanding.
