Turn Signal not working

What is your question?

My right turn signals have quit working. The lights will not flash even when 4 way flashers are turned on. All bulbs and Fuses have been checked and are fine. The oddest part is sometimes when I brake, the right side turn signal lights come on steady with the brake lights. When I let off the brakes, the turn signal lights go off.
