How do I mount Headlight bracket when mounts dont match up, cause frames bent?

What is your question?

Slid on Ice, hit a tree head on. Smashed in front right of tahoe: damaged headlight,hood, quarter pannel and it seams as tho the frame may be bent/twisted aprox 1in.

i would guess you bent the rad support. get a body shop to take a closer look at it. they will know what to look for.
